DreamHack has announced the six invited teams for DreamHack Tours, finalizing the list of teams that will be participating in the event.

DreamHack Tours will take place in Tours, France less than two weeks from now, running from May 17-19 and will feature a $100,000 prize pool.

The invited teams are Mousesports, Ghost Gaming, Avangar, Valiance, as well as two French squads in G2 and French Frogs (ex-3DMax). They will be joining Windigo, who managed to qualify through the open qualifier, and Instinct, who advanced to the event thanks to the French qualifier.

These invites suggest that this event will be based around “tier two” Counter-Strike and will, therefore, be a good chance for the smaller teams to make a name for themselves, as well as gain more experience.

It will be very exciting to see how the more unknown squads like Instinct and Valiance can fare against the likes of G2 and Mousesports, and we will hopefully see an unexpected underdog story or a player or two make a name for themselves.
